Terms of use

Last updated: 5 November 2026

These terms govern the use of the website j4tz.com, run by J4tz, an independent developer based in Spain (EU). By using it you accept them. Contact: hello@j4tz.com.

Use of the website

The site presents information about projects and services. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, attack or gain unauthorised access to it or its infrastructure.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the text, images, logos and design of this site belong to J4tz and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission. Code published on GitHub is governed by each repository's licence. Third-party names and trademarks, such as Roblox, belong to their owners; the projects shown are independent work with no affiliation.

Commissions

Any paid development work is governed by a separate written agreement (quote or contract), which prevails over these terms for that engagement. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a guarantee of availability.

Products

Some products, such as the Discord bot CordAI, have their own terms and privacy policy, linked from their project page.

External links

The site links to third-party services (GitHub, Roblox and others). J4tz is not responsible for their content or terms.

Warranties and liability

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, J4tz is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date above shows the latest version.
